Mike has opened for Randy Travis, Don
Edwards, and Johnny Gimble and has performed hundreds of concerts
with the popular NW bluegrass/gospel band, "Brother's
Keeper." Mike serves as band leader for both the Jangles and NW
Bluegrass Band The Cascade Mountain Boys,
Mike is a singer/songwriter and has produced 7 albums with
Brother's Keeper, the Jangles, and the Cascade Mountain Boys. In
2004 he founded "the Jangles," and produced their first
album entitled "Hick Jazz." Mike continues to perform,
write and produce music here in the NW under indie record label
WOW Records.

Paul Anastasio - fiddle |

Paul has toured with Merle Haggard, Loretta Lynn,
Asleep at the Wheel and many more. Paul is a true
"Nashville Pro," touring with various bands
based out of "Music City” for ten years. After
Nashville, Paul returned to the NW where he continues to
perform, teach, and record music. |

Roger Ferguson - fiddle- mandolin/vocals |

Roger has performed as a duo with Mark O'conner, toured
nationally with the Shop, where he regularly opened for
country western legends including Merle Haggard, Doug
Kirshaw, and Emmylou Harris. Roger was acclaimed among the
"Greatest Pickers on the Planet" in Millard
Freeman's book, "Licks and Lessons from the World's
Greatest Guitar Players and Teachers." |

Lance Haslund - acoustic bass/vocals |

Lance is a versatile veteran
sideman having played bass and guitar in many popular Northwest
bands including Holotradband (Dixieland), Savitrio (Django jazz),
Our House Jazz Quartet (post-bop), Metroluna (country swing), Stowaways
in
Paradise
(Hawaiian), The Blues Interchange (rock), and Old River Band
(country folk). He is
also a composer, teacher and concert promoter.

Laurie Haslund - harmony vocals |

Born into an irrepressibly
musical family, Laurie's knack for harmony developed as naturally as
learning to talk. After performing and teaching guitar in
Hawaii, she took some time off to raise children while continuing to
take advantage of every opportunity to harmonize. Laurie along
with her husband Lance, provide the dynamic harmony vocals
the Jangles
are known for. In addition to harmony, Laurie is a featured
vocalist, percussionist and Uke player with the Jangles.

Toby Hanson - accordion |

Toby Hanson is an accordionist who was born and raised in Graham,
WA. He attended Bethel High School and Cornish College of the Arts
from which he graduated Magna cum laude in 1998 with a Bachelor of
Music Degree in classical composition. He has several years of
experience with folk and traditional music from all over Europe and
North America. He has performed at venues all across the US and Canada including the
Kimberley International Old-Time Accordion Championships,
Milwaukee Repertory Theater and the RFD-TV Theater in Branson, MO.
Mr. Hanson is the leader of the Smilin' Scandinavians Polka Band
and the music director of the Valse Café Orchestra. He has also
worked with many other groups including Mended Heart, Wild Turkey,
Patty and the Travelin' Four, Detour and Opera Jupiter. Toby
brings accordion music to life in fun, engaging performances sure
to delight everyone!

Laying down the rock solid swing groove for the Jangles is Mark
Drake, from Seattle WA. Mark has collaborated on recordings with
Pearl Django ("Mystery Pacific"), ThorNton Creek ("Whiskey" and
"Different Door"),The Fireants ("Ants On Ice"), and Michelle Dedman
("Meet Me Where They Play the Blues"). He was a frequent performer
on the nationally syndicated radio program, Sandy Bradley's Potluck,
on which he performed with The Bobs, Ernestine Anderson, Denny
Goodhew, and Barney McClure. Mark currently performs with ThorNton
Creek, the Our House Jazz Quartet, and Purty Mouth.
